We opened Le Rêve because we missed the kind of café where time moved differently — where someone might sit with a single cortado for two hours and nobody asked them to leave. Walls hung with prints. A turntable in the corner. A camera always within reach.
We roast our own beans, rotating selections with the seasons to capture what's in peak. Each rotation tells a story—what grows, what thrives, what tastes alive right now. No stale shortcuts. No year-round sameness. Just coffee that evolves.
